National organization lacked a growth strategy in regards to expanding on new campuses, growing existing chapters and training local volunteers. They also did not have consist recruitment tactics being taught to undergraduates or being utilized by staff members and volunteersNational organization did not have a Director of Expansion in place to manage a three-persion expansion team that was responsible for eight colonies in their early stages of building an organization. Without a person in this role, the organization lacked the leadership it needed to protect their investment in these groups.
