OUTSOURCED STAFF MANAGEMENT FOR A NATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

THE PROBLEM

National organization lacked a growth strategy in regards to expanding on new campuses, growing existing chapters and training local volunteers. They also did not have consist recruitment tactics being taught to undergraduates or being utilized by staff members and volunteersNational organization did not have a Director of Expansion in place to manage a three-persion expansion team that was responsible for eight colonies in their early stages of building an organization. Without a person in this role, the organization lacked the leadership it needed to protect their investment in these groups.

THE SOLUTION

LaunchPoint became an outsourced partner in filling this staffing gap and providing a high-level of experienced management of these three staff members and the organizations they were responsible for supporting. THE RESULTS

The three staff members were able to excel in their roles due to LaunchPoint’s support and all eight of these colonies thrived, with most already being chartered in a short period of time. Staff transitions can be challenging for any smaller organization, however LaunchPoint served as a highly-successful bridge during this transition, prevented any major steps backwards and ultimately helped turn a challenging situation into a great result.
