In the words of their Chapter President, “As a chapter with little philanthropic activity and problems with service involvement, we had little guidance and needed help.”
LaunchPoint spent time on campus working with chapter leadership to identify their key issues and develop a specific game plan to change the trajectory of the chapter and make them a sustainably strong, well rounded organization. This process was customized to the specific needs of the chapter so that their unique needs were issued, rather than providing a “cookie cutter” approach that most likely would have failed to solve the problems they were facing.
In the words of their Chapter President, “After working with LaunchPoint, this past semester was our best semester since regaining our charter in 2008. We raised over $17,000 and did over 1,000 service hours; up from $3,000 and 200 service hours the previous semester. With LaunchPoint’s guidance, we are well on out way to becoming a well-rounded fraternity that continually thrives in all core areas. We look forward to recruiting a strong class this upcoming fall to continue this upward trend.”
